Course objectives
Students in this course will be familiar with the legislation of the state budget, municipal budgets, the budgets of state funds and targeted financing, parallel financing with other funds funds, incurred in connection with privatization, or the funds used to support and encourage small business. The instruction will also issue of the National Fund and the European Union budget. At the level of municipal budgets, attention will be paid to the budgets of municipalities, counties, municipalities and voluntary unions and the related works in this field, the loss of subsidized organizations and organizational units. It will also be discussed budget issues and processes at various levels of government.

Assessment methods
Students will work in the classroom with the budgets of local governments, which bear the municipalities or counties and the task of commenting on individual items of the budget and its justification. Will also include a preview of the Finance Committee or at a public meeting of the municipal council and the budgeting and comments by representatives of citizens and to its approval.
