- The aim of the course is to discuss legal issues related to specific forms of unfairly competitive behaviour in information networks.
- Learning outcomes
- Upon successful completion of this course, students should be able to:
Understand specific features and functioning of competitive creativity on-line
Analyse legality of aggressive competitive practices on the internet
Analyse legality of attractive competitive practices on the internet
