- Course objectives
- The purpose of the course is to deepen the understanding of the basic characteristics of private and civil law, as well as its systemic integration into the legal system as a whole in a comparative context. At the same time, emphasis will be placed on the basic methodological foundations of legal comparison, with the understanding that comparative law is primarily "practice".
