Course objectives
The purpose of the course is to deepen the understanding of the basic characteristics of private and civil law, as well as its systemic integration into the legal system as a whole in a comparative context. At the same time, emphasis will be placed on the basic methodological foundations of legal comparison, with the understanding that comparative law is primarily "practice".
Learning outcomes
