- Course objectives
- Understanding questions of interpretation of international treaties and EU law as the first stage of the application. Methods of interpretation, particularities in international law and European Court of Justice.
- Learning outcomes
- - Student will be able to gain a deeper understanding of interpretation in international law - student will be able to identify the controversial points in the field of interpretation of international law. - Student will be able to critically think on theoretcial aspect of interpretation in international law. . Student will be able to understand wider theoretical background to interpretation of international treatieas and other sources of international law.

- Interpretation of international treaties and EU law as the first stage of the application. Methods of interpretation, particularities in international law and European Court of Justice.
