- Course objectives
- The course is intended for doctoral students in medical and biological fields. Its goals are to introduce the issue of ethics of biomedical research, to develop the ability to perceive the ethical aspects of biomedical research, especially in the field of the given doctoral study and own research work, to learn the basic regulatory rules (ethical and legal), including their application in grant applications, and to develop the ability independently solve emerging ethical problems of biomedical research.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, the student is able to identify individual aspects of biomedical research, analyze and solve the moral dilemma of biomedical research and apply legal and ethical principles to the given situation.
