Course objectives
The aim of the course is developing critical thinking skills through reflection and deepening the process of reflected nursing practice. . In this course, the main topic is the study of the relationship between the student and the environment - ie me and colleagues, classmates, etc. Another goal is to share information on clinical practice III.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course the student will be able: Define reflective techniques suitable for clinical nursing practice. Analyze the basic principles of using reflective models in teaching. Use the necessary skills to realize professional self-reflection. Define the importance and effectiveness of teamwork and company culture.

  • Implementation of reflective techniques into clinical nursing practice. Exploring the use of reflective models in teaching. Reflective work with a critical case focusing on: - teamwork. - the effectiveness of teamwork - team roles - team communication - company culture
