Course objectives
Completing the course, students will be able to view physical activity as the physiological needs of man. The emphasis on physical activity within their own profession and interpretation of the results of stress tests of healthy and diseased in nutritional therapy and teamwork within the graduate will be able to co-operation with qualified physiotherapist.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students will be able to view physical activity as a physiological need of a person; interpret the results of health-oriented fitness tests in nutritional therapy; qualified to work with a physiotherapist.
Syllabus
  • 1. Physical activity as physiological needs of man. 2. The issue of health-related fitness. Muscular fitness and flexibility. 3. Aerobic fitness and body composition. The relationship between exercise and nutrition. 4. Physical Literacy - part of health promotion. Physical activity medically fragile children.
