- fields of study / plans the course is directly associated with
- Specialist for Clinical Embryology and Assisted Reproduction Technology (programme LF, M-EZ)
- Course objectives
- The aim of this course is to explain principles of microscopy, methods of tissue processing and image analysis. Student will get the understanding about wide spectrum of microscopic techniques and their application. Student will learn methods of processing tissue samples – cells, tissues for individual microscopic techniques. Finally, student will be able to choose optimal method for detection of specific cell structures and molecules, able to explain and perform some of methods of processing of tissue samples for histological analysis with light microscopy.
