- Course objectives
- After completion of the course the student is able to describe and analyze the cycle of conflict, conflict factors and threat assessment in paramedic profession. The student show basic self-defense skills and physical defenses.
- Syllabus
- 1. Strategic, tactical and technical principles of self-defense 2. Select of basic motor skills and technical resources for self-defense 3. Basic combat technic - punches – kicks - throws 4. Defense against grasping 5. Defense against hug 6. Defense against choke 7. Defense against strikes 8. Defense against kicks
