Course objectives
Objectives of the course: prepare students, paramedics, both theoretical and practical aspect to deal with emergencies with the prevalence of health problems   v ~ prehospital and early hospital phase;
Prepare students for cooperation in   the Integrated Rescue System. Student will be able to: To characterize the incident;
Describe the role of IRS;
Sort wounded by START;
Deal with emergencies in the field of     looking medic IRS.
Syllabus
  • General Part - development, status and role of Disaster Medicine   in today's world , the security policy of the state , contingency planning and emergency preparedness healthcare, medical rescue chain .
  • Integrated Rescue System as a tool for coordination of the activities of rescue services in dealing with emergencies and type of activity that defines the specific procedures and synergy of its basic components.
  • Best Practices solutions , diversity practices emergency medicine (UM ) and Disaster Medicine (MK ) , divergence processes used in the treatment of the individual and the procedures used to dealing with emergencies ( MU ) s ~ prevalence of health problems , disability health during mass ( HPZ ) .
  • Preparation of the solution HPZ members of the crews of emergency medical services in the prehospital phase   a procedure for solving teams in the emergency department and others at the inlet hospitals. All in keeping with best practices   Society for Emergency and Disaster Medicine . The substance will be discussed clearly step by step.
  • First contact with   MU, estimate the extent of trauma and activation plans
  • The activities of the first crew of EMS in place MU and organization intervention EMS ,
  • Procedure for the classification and reclassification of patients needed a lay -sorting START ,
  • Structure, location , preparation and organization of the gathering ( aid station ) affected ,

  • Examination procedures and a step up to the definitive treatment of patients
