- Course objectives
- The goal is to acquire and impart knowledge in the field of specialized intensive nursing care, provided to patients with acute medical illness (gastroenterology, endocrinology, intoxication). In the course includes the care of patients treated with extracorporeal elimination methods.
- Syllabus
- Vascular approaches to elimination methods. Nursing care for organ donors. Nursing care of the patient with acute and chronic renal injury. Nursing care of the patient after kidney transplant. Nursing care of the patient with elimination methods(intermittent). Nursing care of the patient with elimination methods (continuous). Nursing care of the patient with peritoneal dialysis. Complications of renal replacement therapy. Nursing care of the patient with acute gastroenterology and endocrinologic illness. Nursing care of the patient with acute intoxication.
