- Course objectives
- Clinical anatomy: The concept of this course is improving knowledge in clinical and topographic anatomy in X-ray, CT, MR a and US imaging. Students should know anatomy of different body systems with the emphasis of tpopgraphic anatomy in CT and MR imaging.
- Syllabus
- Topics: Skull, brain, meninges, cerebrospinal fluid spaces. Circle of Willis (including the distribution of artery segments). Spine, spinal canal, spinal cord. Neck - spaces in the neck, lymph nodes groups in the neck Lungs - segments of the lungs, bronchi and vessels in the CT image, microarchitecture of lung in HRCT. Lungs - anatomy and lung segments in X-ray image, mediastinum in X-ray. Mediastinum - the various components of the mediastinum, lymph nodes groups in the mediastinum, pleura Development of the peritoneal cavity, spaces of the peritoneal cavity, peritoneal folds. Abdominal organs - the liver (segments of the liver), spleen + digestive tract. Vascular supply of bowel from the perspective of the surgeon. Retroperitoneum and its components, fascias, RTP organs - kidneys, adrenals, pancreas. Pelvis - borders, pelvic organs and their anatomy, pelvic floor, rectum and anal channel. The aorta and its main branches, pelvic arteries, arteries of the limbs, variants
