- Cíle předmětu
- Subject is complementary to Medical Chemistry, Dental Materials - lecture (aZLLC011p). Students become familiar with the background and equipment of chemical laboratory. They will learn to perform simple laboratory operations. During experiments, students verify some findings discussed in theoretical lessons.
- Výstupy z učení
- Student will demonstrate understanding
- relationship between the composition of different solutions, beverages and body fluids and their pH value.
- will be able to describe the general composition and role of the buffers, explain their function and apply this knowledge in explaining the role of buffering systems in the organism.
- to describe the essence of the formation of insoluble and poorly soluble compounds.
- to identify factors that can influence the insolubility of compounds and to apply this knowledge when discussing the effect of mineralization of dental tissue.
Students will be able to handle with basal laboratory equipment and follow proper procedures and regulations for safe handling, use, and disposal of chemicals. - Osnova
