- Course objectives
- The main objectives of the course are: to become acquainted with the field of neurology in the field of nursing work; to get acquainted with the clinical picture, the course and prognosis of the most frequent neurological diseases and their specific features and acute manifestations of selected diseases, their knowledge and the risks from the viewpoint of a non-medical health worker.
- Learning outcomes
- Student will be able to:
- orientate in examination methods in neurology - recognize the basic signs of neurological disease in children and adults
- make differential diagnostics of basic neurological diseases and their treatment in pre-hospital and intensive care - Syllabus

- Neurological examination, medical history, diagnosis, differential diagnosis - non-medical duty
- Neuro-intensive care, patient monitoring - non-medical duty
- General and specific therapeutic procedures in neurology, including pharmacotherapy - non-medical duties
