The student should have the basics of physiology, anatomy and biochemistry.

Course objectives
After completing the course, the student should be able to understand the evolutionary nature of the functioning of the human body, psychology and pathology. And he will be able to look at diseases from a different point of view and in the broad context of the evolution of our species in relation to other organisms and our adaptations during evolution.
Learning outcomes
the student will be able to apply the latest findings from evolutionary biology and genetics to the study of health and disease; will be able to apply these findings in clinical practice; will be able to apply knowledge about why some adaptations that are disadvantageous from our point of view have persisted in the population and how to approach this in clinical practice
