- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to provide students with clear information about the functioning of enterprises, with a focus on the specifics of service establishments. The issue of the functioning of the company is elaborated with regard to the students independently elaborated project in the form of a business plan. Therefore, the area of small and medium-sized enterprises, their support, creation of a business plan and possibilities of financing a business idea, focusing on practical use of knowledge during the creation of an independent project, is approached. Furthermore, attention is paid to the analysis of the functioning of the company, especially through the analysis of the functions of the company, supplemented by issues of corporate financing, investment evaluation and comprehensive evaluation of the financial situation of the company.
Knowledge: theoretical background of business plan creation and related areas
Skills: practical application of theoretical approaches in creating your own business plan
Attitudes: positive attitude to entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship - Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course students should be able to create a business plan for a selected business activity using knowledge of business economics, specifically on the basis of an overview of business functions and possibilities of company financing and evaluation of the company's financial situation.

- 9) Analysis of the internal environment of the company.
- 10) Analysis of the external environment of the company.
- 11) Formulation of company strategy.
- 12) Business management and relationship between owner and management.
