- Course objectives
- Students learn to recognize the terms of French argot and understand them in the context of texts and audio documents. They learn argot dictionaries, read texts written by argot, and learn to identify syntactic, lexical, semantic, formal and other means. They are also studying argot and learning to build simple teaching material based on authentic documents.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of this course, students are able to: understand colloquial French, follow the conversation from different linguistic layers, actively participate in the conversation using the argotand analyze didactic material using argot.
