The course is designed as a compulsory optional in the PhD study programme of Social Education.

Cíle předmětu
The course objective is to analyze the human psyche in the context of educational activities. Emphasis is placed on thorough acquisition and critical evaluation of a partial topic in the field of social psychology, which is related to the creation of a dissertation and the overlap into non-academic practice.
Výstupy z učení
PhD students will be able to: - define terms of Social Psychology in relation to their application in Social Education; - explain theoretical and methodological background of Social Psychology in the framework of their dissertation; - apply their knowledge in various disciplines of Social Sciences; - design an experiment to explain problematic issues of social behavior in educational reality; - predict the behavior of people in small and large social groups, - apply the acquired knowledge in the interdisciplinary overlap of the social sciences; - assess the benefits of studying Social Psychology for their own studies (Social Education) and for their dissertation.
