Students are expected to have an adequate level of English that will enable them to communicate with the teacher and team members.

Cíle předmětu
Students are introduced to project design and management, including managing project risks, needs analysis, definition of target groups, and ethnographic research design. Students also improve their writing skills for accuracy in communication in academic environments and research contexts with the perspective on culturally different academic and research situations.
Výstupy z učení
Students will be able to understand project management design, development and deployment. Students will be able to use project management tools and techniques for effective scaling, evaluation, risk management, and sustainability of the project.

Metody hodnocení
Assessment: Homework tasks completed Project proposal presentation and its justification Upon successful completion of the course, you will earn 2 ECTS credits. Each ECTS credit represents 25 to 30 hours of work. In the seminars, full-time students are expected to spend 26 hours. The remaining 24–34 hours (1.8-2.6 per week) are allocated for self-study.
Náhradní absolvování
The course is based on the hands-on approach to project management and it is therefore not possible to take part in it in a different form than during the seminars.
