- Course objectives
- The course of Continuous Pedagogical Practice in an Educational Institution creates a space for completing the full qualification of an educator, combining the skills acquired in previous studies. Due to the form of study, students on the combined programme have only a minimum of 60 hours of selected practice, during which they will gather knowledge and some experience, which they will record in detail in a practice diary. The student will become familiar with the history of a particular facility or institution, working with a selected target group with whom he/she works in appropriate forms and methods according to the objective of the facility.
- Learning outcomes
- The student demonstrates the skill of educational work through the application of appropriate content and adequate methods of work (social and pedagogical). In doing so, he/she reacts to a certain reality, which he/she tries to influence (or directly intervene), through appropriately chosen educational strategies. An example of an intervention could be the concept of action research or a specific analogy.
- Syllabus
- In agreement with the guarantors of the internship, students approach the school or educational institution, fill in an internship contract and start an intensive internship, which involves six hours of direct work with a client or clients per day, or with a selected target group depending on the focus of the organisation.
