Project creation is an important part of pedagogical work. Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to prepare students for projecting (creation of projects) in kindergarten environment. A practical course will enable students to acquire skills related to project creation. - Course Enrolment Limitations

- Course objectives
- Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to introduce the possibilities of creating projects for the school environment, especially projects aimed at supporting children from socially disadvantaged backgrounds and dealing with otherness in the children's collective. Another aim is to support the creativity of students who will work in teams and create projects whose parts will be implemented within the semester. Students will work in teams in context of work in kindergartens. During the exercise they will create a project framework and prepare project documentation. The project will be presented during the seminar. On the basis of this experience they will propose a real project whose partial part will be realized during the semester. The project will focus on supporting children in kindergarten, taking into account children from socially disadvantaged backgrounds. At the end of the course students will create complete project documentation, which will be part of their professional portfolio.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, the student will be able to: • create a team and jointly select a project theme for the kindergarten environment; • address the issue of encouraging and motivating children from socially disadvantaged backgrounds; • search for grant project schemes, elaborate a project description and a logical framework matrix, create project intent, goal, outputs and activities • design a real project and prepare its sub-parts for implementation; • creative work in creating a project.

- OUTLINE 1. Motivation of students to design, create teams and frameworks for project creation. The importance of designing in support of children from socially disadvantaged backgrounds. Designing contributing to a culture of recognition in a school environment. 2. Working with selected project topics. Theoretical background for project creation. Stages of creative process and creative techniques. Project intent and goals, logical framework matrix, project outputs and activities 3. Communication with specific kindergartens, search for environment suitable for project implementation. Processing of project documentation. Presentation of project creation. 4. Possibilities of realization of partial project parts in particular facilities. Preparation of realization, work in teams. Supervision of partial parts of the project. 5. Presentation and outputs of the project. Create a project portfolio, present and defend its results.
