• Předmět oboru. Etiologie, klasifikace a charakteristika jednotlivých stupňů mentální retardace. Metodiky, didaktiky. Systém speciálních zařízení pro péči o postižené s MR dle jednotlivých resortů, srovnání se zahraničím. Prevence, integrace, poradenství.
