Course objectives
Fundamental of experimental work in biological disciplines, observation and test, types of tests in biology, example of verification test, heuristic test, orientation test; sources of subjective and objective faults originating in experimental work, variability of biological objects, model objects in biology.
Syllabus
  • 1. Fundamental of experimental work in biological disciplines, observation and test, types of tests in biology, example of verification test, heuristic test, orientation test; sources of subjective and objective faults originating in experimental work, variability of biological objects, model objects in biology. 2. Preparation and realization of botanical and zoological experiments for elementary school by students. Preparation of materials, working and methodical notes. Evaluation of experiments.
