Course objectives
The objective of the subject is to get the basic knowledge of the practical language exercises. The practising of the oral and written communication, grammar and communicative skills are the base of the subject. The emphasis is placed on the improving of the communicative skills trough the dialog, monologue and discusses in the ambit of actual conversational topics.The improving of the oral speech in the lexical and grammar aspect is the basic component. The student are simultaneously improving the listening and reading skills working with texts and actual periodicals.

Assessment methods (in Czech)
Seminář. Docházka 90% (toleruje se 1 neúčast). Zkouška - skládá se z části písemné a ústní. Písemná část zkoušky - písemný test shrnující učivo daného ročníku. Po úspěšném napsání písemné části student ústně odpovídá na 2 zadané otázky dle konverzačních témat(1. ze zimního semestru, 2. z letního semestru), dále tzv. četbu (ruská kniha - 250 s.) a poslech (audio, video, DVD). Předloží také k nahlédnutí slovníček nových frází z četby (30-50 nových slov). Hodnotí se gramatická správnost, obsah a použitá slovní zásoba, správná výslovnost a intonační konstrukce.
