SV4BP_2NB1 is a follow-up course of the course SV4BP_1NB1 organised within level B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. A pass in SV4BP_1NB1 represents an essential precondition for enrolment for this course. - Course Enrolment Limitations

- Course objectives
- The course focuses on German as a language of studies as well as further development of language skills within the given level (B1). Practice involves: 1) comprehending authentic texts in written and recorded form 2) presentations and discussions, dialogues, presenting arguments and expressing personal opinions 3) writing less complicated formal texts, brief letters and essays.

- Assessment methods
- Practical language course. Level B1. Examination requirements: Written test Part A - grammar, Part B topics, Final presentation. If a student does not give the final presentation in front of the class, he/she cannot be credited. If a student does not pass the final presentation, he/she must come to an oral exam and speak on the same topic but reaching the required level of presentation skills.
