- Course objectives
- Students will be inform about the basic conception of talent and gift. The course will be oriented into identification of the gifted and their support at elementary schools. Emphasis will be put on open discussion. At the end of the course the student will be able to: - understand the basic terminology of the subject - explain the relationships and connections between particular aspects of the subject

- 1.Opening lesson, gift and talent 2. History of problem, models and conceptions of gift. 3. Description of gifted, soc. emot. problems of gifted. 4. Some types of gift and talent. 5. Intelligence, creativity and influence of heredity and enviroment into gift. 6. Specific groups of gifted. 7. Gifted preschoolers. 8. Identification of gifted. 9. Educational forms and programs. 10. Educational needs of gifted, some models of education. 11. Teachers of the gifted 12 Support for gifted in CR and abroad. 13. Final lesson.
