Course objectives
Students should learn to identify main and evolving sentence elements, ways of their expression in sentence. They also will have knowlegde of simple, complex, and compound sentence structure, their grammar and meaning.
Syllabus
  • Simple sentence, complex and compound sentence, single-subject and multi-component sentence, main sentence components (subject and predicate). Evolving sentence components. Complex and compound sentence.

Teaching methods
Theoretical preparation for the exam during the study. Linguistic terminology. Student must actively participate in the class, prepare regulary home assignments.
