Cíle předmětu
The course will provide students with: - Intercultural communication skills - Intercultural mentoring and leadership - support the learning of intercultural knowledge - understand the value of the intercultural skill-set you acquire overseas
Výstupy z učení
● understand the essence of intercultural communication; ● recognize the importance of the physiological and emotional layer of experience for the quality of intercultural communication; ● to recognize importance of conflicts and focus on their effective solutions • students will be familiar with the intercultural literature, models, frameworks, and concepts used in intercultural development and training • students will be able to recognize and explain the multiple layers of an overseas experience • students will be able to articulate important intercultural skills and perspectives you have acquired/developed
