- Course objectives
- The emphasis is layed on the logical structure of this discipline and to acquire general knowledge and skills needed to implement the teaching of vocational subjects in secondary schools. For these reasons, the lecture includes in the specific case studies, discussions and emphasized the relationship of the subject matter to practice. Knowledge: A comprehensive overview of knowledge about the subject I and II. with emphasis on the relationship subject matter to practice. Skills: Being able to characterize individual andragogiky basic concepts and principles of human resource development strategies. In the area of adult education focuses on group animation processes that are interconnected and linked to each other. It can characterize new trends neprezenčních forms of adult education. He is able to select appropriate teaching method educational events for adults (with respect to the content and form). Attitude: To learn the values of objectivity and significance of scientific work. Deepen the ethical values of the behaviors.

- Characterize new trends in adult education.
- Describe selected forms and methods of teaching for adult education.
