Course objectives
Students learn to recognize words of French argot field and to understand them in the context of texts and audio documents. At the end of this course, students are able to: understand colloquial French, follow the conversation from different linguistic layers and actively participate in the conversation using the argot.

  • Individual phenomena of French argot analyzed in selected texts and other authentic materials (audio, video).
