Prerequisites
Student who applies for to the course must know: a basic knowledge of Oftalmopedy, a rules for the improvement of public space and the basic spatial orientation.

Course objectives
Students are able to choose the right approach for a person with a particular kind of visual impairment. He has mastered the basic skills, safety rules, leisure and the basic rules of games suitable for peple with visual impairment. Student will be the appropriate guide of people with visual impairment and she/he can appropriately plan their leisure time.
Learning outcomes
The student will become a guide to visually impaired people and he / she can adequately plan their leisure time. The student is able to communicate with visually impaired people, will be able to recommend and use the compensation aid and will have a battery of activities and games that can be used for the given target group.
Syllabus
  • Curriculum is divided into four sections: Practicing proper spatial orientation and independent movement of persons with visual impairments Practicing self-care people with different types of visual impairment Training in appropriate leisure activities for people with visual impairments Practicing sports disciplines for persons with visual disabilities.
