Course objectives
The objective of the course is to learn besic experimental methods in current physics. Mainly methods of diffraction and reflection, optical reflectrometry and elipsometry, atomic force microscopy, Hall efect and work in clean rooms.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course the student should know:  Basics of experimental data processing.  Physical measurement of selected physical quantities separately.  Interpret measured and processed data.

Presentations by professionals in the sectors Student has to present 2 tested protocols. O verall classification is detemined by the grades of individual protocols. Testing of protocols is by the agreement with the lecturer of apropriate task.
