Course objectives
The seminar is closely linked to course RGR2. Students study the morphological system of Russian on practical basis. At the end of the course student will be able to describe learned parts of speech; to locate certain linguistic units to the appropriate parts of speech; to apply knowledge in practice.

  • 1. Pronouns and pronominal words. 2. Personal pronouns, possessives and reflexive. 3. Negative pronouns. 4. Revision. 5. Numerals and numerical expressions. Morphological characteristics. 6. Numerals and numerical expressions. Indeterminate, distributive, multiple. 7. Revision. 8. Morphological characteristics of the Russian verb. 9. Verbs I. and II. conjugation. 10. Productive and non-productive verb classes. 11. Conjugation of verbs. Verbs irregular. 12. Revision.

Students work up homework. Students work individually and they also cooperate in group projects.
Assessment methods
Requirements: 1. Regular active participation; homework. 2. Encompassment of final test. 75% of correct answers is needed to pass.
