Course objectives
After completing the course, students will be able to:understand and explain basic legal concepts, institutes and principles
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students should know and be able to:
- Students will learn the basic principles of the rule of law
- The student will be acquainted with the legal system in the Czech Republic
- Students will learn the basics of law in relation to school practice
- The student will be introduced to the system of public law in the Czech Republic
- The student will know the selected parts of private law in relation to school practice
- The student will be able to interpret legislation related to school practice
- Student will be able to solve simple legal problems in school practice
- The student will have a positive attitude to law as a science discipline in school practice
Syllabus
  • Function of Law, System of Law, System of Legal Science. Sources of Law. Legal Norm, Concept, Structure and Elements. Classification of Legal Norms and their Features. Interpretation of Law. Forms of Legal Norms Implementation,Concepts of Legal Relationship. Legal Facts as Presumptions of Legal Relationships. Subjects, Objects and Contents of Legal Relationship. Application of Law. Legal Responsibility.
