- The course is focused on cultivating written speech and providing feedback to it by native speakers. The course is conducted at level B2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. In particular, speech skills associated with written comprehension and self-written expression are practiced, but the acquired linguistic competences (grammar, vocabulary) are also strengthened. Emphasis is placed on the pragmatic and sociocultural component of the language. The starting study materials are authentic documents.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of this course, the student should be able to: understand news dealing with current topics, communicate in writing with a native speaker in French coherently and accurately, actively participate in discussions orally and in writing, argue their views, or. refute other views.
