- Course objectives
- Course Grammar 1B deals with English grammar at intermediate level. The main objective is to summarize and develop the students' knowledge of particular grammar points (see the Outline of the course below). Students are also expected to work on the corresponding units on their own so that in classes the topics can be summarised and particular grammar points practised communicatively.
- Learning outcomes
- By the end of the course the students will be able to (SWBAT) distinguish differences between particular grammar structures and compare them; SWBAT form sentences using the structures discussed; SWBAT provide examples of their own; SWBAT transform sentences using a different structure while keeping the original meaning; SWBAT identify the most common problems and mistakes in grammar.
