- Výukové metody
- After being presented with theory and having discussions of this theory, students will try out the methods in practice by helping to moderate online learning discussions. The work will take place primarily online, with the possibility to have discussion in person to resolve issues.
- Metody hodnocení
- The practical part of the assessment involves active participation in moderating forums in the English Online course. Students are also required to reflect on their experience gained during the course. This involves reflections on the application of the theory presented. Students can gain points through the practical moderation of the forums (4 points a week) and through reflections (4 points a week). This leaves 100 total points. 80 points are required to pass the class. Upon successful completion of the course, you will earn 2 ECTS credits. Each ECTS credit represents 25 to 30 hours of work. Since this course is run entirely online, both full-time and combined students should spend 50–60 hours of work in the course (self-study included).

The course is unsuitable for final-semester students since it cannot be finished earlier. Since it is a subject run entirely online, students on study stays abroad can take it without any further restrictions or requirements. In the course, AI is permitted for learning but not for cheating. Using AI to brainstorm ideas, perform basic proofreading, and make suggestions for improvement is acceptable. It is unacceptable to have a text generated, translated or reformulated. Remember to acknowledge all innovative ideas that are not yours. For generated ideas, use in-text citations. At the end of each assignment, state how you worked/did not work with AI. When in doubt, consult your teacher. - Studijní opora
