  • Opakování techniky hodu oštěpem. Nácvik techniky: nízkého startu v zatáčce, hodu diskem, trojskoku, skoku o tyči. Zdokonalování techniky všech disciplín vícebojů. Rozvoj všech pohybových schopností. Seznámení s pravidly probíraných disciplín. Požadavky pro zápočet: zvládnutí techniky probíraných disciplín a splnění základních výkonů v těchto disciplínách - 200m 27,2 M; 32,5 Ž; oštěp 30 M, 20 Ž; 6minutový běh 1600 M, 1300 Ž.
