  • Nácvik techniky: sportovní chůze, štafetové předávky. Práce s videokamerou, rozbory disciplín. Požadavky pro zápočet: 1. Zvládnutí techniky probíraných disciplín. 2. Absolvování štafet (4x60m nebo 4x200m).
