Cíle předmětu
The course assumes participants to have reached advanced levels in the language. Through a variety of language experiences students will porogress towards the level of proficiency. The four language skills will be dealt with through an integrated approach. The successful student will support his/her language development through seminar attendance supplemented by an appropriate amount of self study.

Metody hodnocení
80% attendance at seminars. Active participation in seminars. 65% pass mark in end of semester credit test. 65% pass mark in 2 written assignments as directed. (Handwritten not accepted) 65% pass mark in homework and mini tests as given.

Students should prepare in advance of each seminar. They should also revise the material after each seminar. Students are encouraged to read widely in english and to expose themselves to the language as much as possible.
