Course objectives
In a sequence of the subjekt Introduction to Mediatiton and Probation service the education are deepen problems for the students athe social prevention and resocialization in practice. Concretly is concerned of a existence organizational set-up of Probation and Mediation service, institutes of Probation and Mediation service and institutes associated with this social service.
Syllabus
  • Organisation, constitute of structural components of Probation and Mediation system. Centres of Probation and Mediation service. Punishment, aim of punishment. Restoration judiciary, position of restoration judiciary in the law regulation. Retribution judiciary, position of retribution judiciary in the law regulation. Probation - conception, realization of probation. Mediation - conception, realization of mediation. Activity of Probation and Mediation service, constitute of special departments in the rescect for risk people. Conditional discontinuance of criminal prosecution, Composition, Abandonment of a criminal prosecution Assistants, officers Probation and Mediation system Juvenile person, minor - special law regulation - entry of Probation and Mediation service. Criminal process, pre-trial proceedings, the position of party. Prosecuting and adjudicating bodiese, cooperation with Probation and Mediation system, forms and kinds of cooperation.
