Course objectives
The aim of the course is improvement of the particular swimming styles, focusing on the correct technique and especially methodics of the practice.
Syllabus
  • 1. Technique and methodics of various swimming styles (freestyle, backstroke, breakstroke), coordination with breathing subsequently. 2. Methodics of practicing swimming turns and jumps. 3. Helping a tired swimmer, rescuing a drowning person, safety guidelines. 4. Games in the water, their applicatin in preparatory exercises when teaching basic swimming.
