Course objectives
Psychoregulating exercises: The theoretical bases of the psychoregulation, practical and experimental rehearsal of the special auto-hypnotic and selftraining techniques planed to prophylactics of tiredness, restoration of psychical efficiency, concentration and working abilities. At the end of the course students should be able to: Application in a different areas of practice. Experiences of applied methods of the regulation of psycho-physical conditions: In the process of socialisation of mentally handicapped clients Prevention of the eye tiredness of people with the eye-straining job.
