Course objectives
The main objective of the course is to obtain elementary practical skills and routines in painting. Work with colour, composition, paintbrush technique training, etc…
Syllabus
  • Elementary painting techniques: tempera, disperse based painting, combined techniques, Figurative painting, objects, still-life studies. Individual theme assignment possible.

Assessment methods
Credit requirements: At least 7 paintings of large formats ( at least A1) and work examples within the semester seminars. Attempt of analysis of individually chosen artwork. Interest in contemporary art events documented by 5 exhibitions reviews is required .
