- Předpokladem je zvládnutí odborných matematických disciplín, zejména aritmetiky a algebry. Studenti by měli být vybaveni kompetencemi z kurzu obecné didaktiky.

- Course objectives
- At the end of the course students should be able teach mathematics in the secondary school. Student will understand the methods and forms in mathematical education, real numbers, real line, numerals, basic operation.
- Syllabus
- Didactics of mathematics and its place in the system of sciences. The aims of teaching mathematics in the second stage of elementary schools. Educational programmes and classification of mathematics into educational programmes. Framework educational programme. Educational constructs (Framework educational programme, mathematics curricula, educational standards in mathematics). Educational processes, methods and forms of work in teaching mathematics, organization of the teaching process, including material and technical means. Active factors in teaching mathematics. Personality of mathematics teacher, strategy of teacher’s work. Pupil as an object and subject of education, educating pupils with special educational needs in mathematics, communication in mathematics. Diagnosis, evaluation and marking in mathematics. The issue of transition between the 1st and 2nd stage of elementary school.
