The subject is an obligatory part of present and bachelory specialization Social pedagogic and free time education as a obligaqtory part for ending the specialisation Dramatical education.
Student attaches himself into lessons by own iniciative.
- Student works up methodological list of dance choreography for chosen age group of children and realizes training within the seminary.
- The stress will be given on methodological process, technical realization and command of teaching with schoolmates.
- Student will make a reflection and he will prepare the list to the bin.

Course objectives
The subject introduces to the problematics of body work and expressing the experience with the help of motion and dance. Student will be introduced to single dance branches and their use in pedagogical practice.
At the end of the course, the students will be able:
- To understand the possibilities and usage of the dance education for future work with children and particular focus groups.
- Prepare simple dance choreography for a particular focus group.
Syllabus
  • Syllabus of the subject:
  • The right poise and attitude. Preparatory and health excercises. Work with energetical points.
  • Motion and dance preparation. The walk, run, dance steps.
  • Experience in the motion. Dance as a tool to express ones emotions and experiencies.
  • Kids of dance. Definition, characteristics, signs.
  • Methodology of teaching of ballroom and folk dance.
  • Basic of choreography. Methodological processing of dance in simple choreoggraphy.
