- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
- At the end of the course students should be able to:
- determine of choice freshwater cyanobacteria and algae from Czech Republic
- use basic determination characteristic species and higher taxa
- use procedure during determination, diatom preparations, preservation
- work with literature, www links - Learning outcomes
- The student will be able to: - to use the correct professional algological / hydrobiological terminology and to apply these terms when collecting and determining organisms in the field; - to distinguish between cyanobacteria and algae in groups and genera; - apply their knowledge in education at elementary schools.
