- Course objectives
- At the end of this course the student will be able to: explain the operation of AC circuits and their practical use, mainly electrical machinery and zoblasti measurement and measurement methods.
- Syllabus
- 1st AC circuits (definition of alternating current, the emergence of alternating current, the mathematical expression of alternating current and alternating voltage, quantities and units of AC power, phasors, the performance of AC / DC). 2nd Simple circuits with sinusoidal alternating current ( ideal resistor in the circuit alternating current, ideal coil in the circuit alternating current, ideal capacitor in the circuit AC / DC). 3rd Compound the circuits sinusoidal alternating current (serial connection best elements of the ideal parallel connection (RC, RL, LC, RLC), resonant circuits, Thomson formula resonance curve, the quality factor). 4th Symbolic-complex method of solving the alternating current circuits ( operations with complex numbers, symbols for the alternating current circuits, a symbolic method of solving circuits - the Ohmova Law and Kirchhoff's laws). 5th Three-phase system (three-phase alternating current, timing induced voltage characteristics of three-phase system, the fundamental involvement of three-phase system, three phase winding connection to the stars and into the triangle, three-phase load system performance and work three-phase current compensation Factor, rotating magnetic field). 6th Transient phenomena in electrical circuits. (RC transient phenomenon, the charging and discharging an ideal capacitor, curves of voltage and current in charging and discharging capacitor, a temporary phenomenon RL, the emergence and extinction steady stream curves of voltage and current in the resistor ideal and the ideal reel for births and deaths steady stream). 7th Electrical machinery (distribution of electrical machinery, transformers, design of the transformers, uses principle of operation of transformers, ideal transformer, the basic equation transformer). 8th Operating conditions transformer (transformer load, a transformer short, a transformer in the load, autotransformer, measuring transformers). 9th Three transformers (the possibility of connection three-phase transformer winding, hour angle, marking three-phase transformers, parallel operation of transformers). 10th Asynchronous rotating machines (meaning and use of asynchronous machines, components arranged, block diagram, principle of operation, slip, losses, effec, run asynchronous motors, braking asynchr. engine, torque characteristics asynchr. machines, single asynchr. motor, linear motor). 11th Synchronous and DC rotating machines (meaning and application of synchronous and DC machines, functional block diagram of a synchronous DC motor and generator, the implementation of synchr.a ss machines, principle of operation, alternators - the species, phasing alternators for network commutation and ways alarm DC machines). 12th Electrical measuring instruments. Methods of measuring the basic electrical quantities. (the division. measuring instruments, measuring range, sensitivity of measuring instruments, measurement errors, the accuracy class. apparatus, the factors affecting the accuracy of measurement capability, to the brand. devices, types of measuring methods, measurements of active and passive values, principles bridges methods ).
