Course objectives
The aim of the course is to introduce of students to ways of diagnosing educational environment and monitor modes of communication teachers and pupils in the current negotiations and conflict resolution.
Learning outcomes
Reflection is performed continuously by the faculty in the disciplines of Education Diagnostics and Communication Skills.
Syllabus
  • Tasks: First Create a questionnaire and observation sheet for the selected area of pedagogical diagnosis of your interest, take the appropriate types of scales , or use an existing questionnaires ( value orientation , learning style , cognitive style , interests , relationship to the subject , motivation ... ) . Make it in practice and process according to other phases of the diagnostic process . Second Analyze the portfolio selected pupil in the class ( type of portfolio structure , the sorting method , the method of evaluation and work with him) and his other written materials (school and home exercise books , workbooks ) . 3rd Lead the diagnostic interview , record the waveform ( see tutorial work PDD) . 4th Observe communication between teachers, collaboration between teachers and assistants , teaching and non-teaching staff; negotiations headmaster. Write your insights into teaching journal. 5th Design and verify in practice to test probíranému didactic curriculum in the classroom. 6th In his diary , record of teaching in the classroom conflicts and how to solve them. Ask for a major problem that the teacher solved , and the method of its solution. Write your review for troubleshooting.
