- Course objectives
- Student is able to apply chosen rights in the field of private law, including consumer rights, Clarify the importance of the legal regulation of important relationships - ownership, contract law, marriage law. Performs simple legal actions and understands their consequences; it focuses on selected contracts governing civil relations - buying, building, donating or renting. These things are then able to pass on to their students.
- Syllabus
- 1. The concept of private law and the status of private law in the legal order. Private law system. Sources of civil law. 2. Basic principles of civil law. 3. Protection of rights, self-help, legal action, invalidity, limitation, preclusion 4. Physical and legal persons, legal capacity, representation. 5. Family Law - Relationships between Spouses 6. Family law - relationships between parents and children, kinship. 7. Holding and ownership 8. Co-ownership and in-kind rights to foreign affairs. 9. Inheritance law. 10. Origin, change and content of commitments. 11. Termination and securing of commitments 12. Selected types of named contracts.
